Our Domestic Meat Trading Department imports a full range of meat proteins including pork, beef and lamb that are sold to processors, wholesalers, foodservice distributors and retailers across Canada and the United States. We work with suppliers throughout North America as well as foreign suppliers from Australia, Central & South America, Europe and New Zealand.
Juice Concentrates
Our Juice Concentrates Department is a leading provider of a variety of high-quality natural fruit juice concentrates, purees, and food ingredients for the global food, beverage and nutrition industry including Apple, Pear, Grape, Lemon, Aronia, Cranberry, Strawberry, Prune, Mango, Pineapple, Critic and Ascorbic Acid and many others. Through our supplier network around the world, we partner with certifying bodies across the world to provide the highest level of quality assurance available.
Frozen Fruits & Vegetables
Our Frozen Fruits and Vegetables Department imports a wide variety of products including assorted berries, cherries and tropical fruits, water chestnuts, spinach, green beans, broccoli, sugar snap peas, peppers and many more. Our partners, in 18 different countries, are HACCP certified, AIB, BRC and SAFE audited, and are recognized for food safety and full traceability of products. We are compliant with FDA FSMA Rules and Regulations, FSVP and PCQI certified.

Our International Seafood Department manages country-to-country trading of fish and other seafood with a particular focus on USA, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America. We carry a wide assortment of species including, but not limited to, tilapia, shrimp, lobster, pollock, basa and mahi mahi. Each species is available in a variety of cuts including portions, steaks, fillets in both IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) and bulk formats.
